I was thinking the same thing. Its almost as if Acuity is being approached by someone interested in building a modest stake in E25.
Interestingly between the Annual report and the 28 Nov 2024 listing on the E25 website Acuity Capital had reduced their previous 9,500,000 holding to 2,774,033 shares. Depending on what other changes they made, Acuity Capital is back near 10m shares again with this 8.7m purchase.
And from 17 September 2024 from the Annual Report. The $22.6m Stellantis shareholding is buried in the Citicorp total.
