Seems like a "gift" to some friends of the directors!! And boy, I can't see one million meeting the need of what they state they intend to use it for. Your right Natez, this needs some explanation by the directors. The explanation given, sounds very much like an apology, "but we are doing it regardless of what anybody thinks". Fits in with the funny way they do business in China!!
