The only things the big boys are waiting for is probably:
1. How to deal with GOR early opportunistic 20% stake in DEG
2. Decision from DEG about equity vs borrowing to fund it, this has now been clarified today.
I think the grades, mettalugy, mine life are all acceptable, long term gold prices and inflationary cost of construction seem baked in, permitting or a change in royalties unlikely, so it must be internal factors and decisions within the majors is the hold up any decisions from here on.
