That really doesn't get to the question I asked. For those interested in whether Agnico could mount a T/O bid one important question IMO is whether the Govt has the power to stop a T/O by a foreign company if the Govt thinks its not in the Public interest. I dont know the rules governing this and whether a T/O of the DEG resource by a foreign company is something that the Aust Govt would be bothered getting involved in?
