If SFI don't wont to be taken over they will need to get some licensing/partnership deals done in other countries. If they don't then I agree EV might make a tilt at them...but that really depends on the royalty deal and whether it's more cost effective to pay a couple of hundred million upfront or just pay the royalties going forward.
