Agree with sentiments of Lazar83 - particularly about the Board.

Regarding go or no go - I reckon its worth more that 8 or even 9c but voting it down requires a plan B and that plan better include significant funding.

The most likely source of that funding support (and the longest and strongest supporter of the stock) has just agreed to 9c. I suspect they have only agreed to that because they have understood the weak position in which the SFI Board has placed Spookfish and the subsequent strength of Eagleview's position. Good on them for extracting a higher bid than the SFI Board could manage.
