    At close some 62 million shares traded ..... big numbers imo ....... is it just a sell off by s/holders not wanting to wait any longer  .... or is someone taking a position ..........I would have thought that the IER would have been made public by now ......or is EV / SFI awaiting FIRB approval first before the IER is made public ??????
