@Japon that takeover doesn't look like its been effective. I'd also say you can't compare a resource and industrial company on any measure.
In any case you still need a majority of the investor base for a takeover to be effective and it's a pretty simple exercise to illustrate the revenue potential of SFI if it were to license its systems globally and show the free cash flow generation. So I'd say good luck to Eagleview if they throw low ball bids in, they'll just keep getting rejected.
