If there is a competing bid, it will have to be a VERY big one. All those that signed statement of intents (including myself), understand the huge potential of merging these two companies.
If they offerred 10c I'd say no, similarly 12c, 15c maybe I'd think about it but probably still no (since I still haven't got to 12 months for CGTdiscount). 20c and I might fold (but that would be crazy, could build a NEW plant for less than that).
