I can only presume that you are a NST holder but don’t know that NST is offering to takeover Echo Resources. As a holder it would be wise for you to keep a watch on ASX announcements regularly to see what your company is up to ie reports etc.
This latest announcement is simply a restatement from Echo Resources that it unanimously recommends the takeover for its own shareholders. As a matter of practice, all company reporting of this nature needs to copy in the other party.
There is nothing you need to do as an NST shareholder, just keep a watch on developments. Happy investing
