Having owned NST for a considerable time now, I like that EAR is being devoured by NST. I like it even better than the last (better value deal) in POGO.
- NST + POGO: $86/oz at 4.1Moz
- NST + EAR : $140/oz at 1.8Moz
Definitely on the expensive side compared to the more recent ones below (except the SBM of course, what were they thinking)....
- PNR + CNG: $39/oz at 2.2Moz
- AMI + PEAK: $116/oz at 1.2Moz
- SAR + BGH : $57.88/oz at 0.660Moz
- SBM + Atlantic: $455/oz at 4.3oz
The real value here is the location location location! among other things I've mentioned previously. Stuff the Superpit NST will make this area into a superpit.
Disclaimer: M&A decisions and an ill-disciplined allocation of shareholder capital is the fastest way to impairments.
