    Cash cost of 205 is excellent
    Plant recovery at 60% is conservative - believe SQM mentioned they can get closer to 80%
    Strip at 1.9 was also disclosed by SQM
    685 long term concentrate price also conservative (just my view)
    750M NPV for upstream so nothing priced in for the refinery
    All looks good
