I wonder whether MZN shorted on the MZN directors or the company...

I wonder whether MZN shorted on the MZN directors or the company account to fund their lawsuit ...would that be legal ? or insider trading ?

I am not not accusing MZN.....but perhaps MZN should disclose to the market whether "they are or are not shorting" in the interests of integrity and transparency ? mmmmmm ?

Bet we dont hear anything in their market updates. Either way. From them. If they had any integrity they would disclose this .....as well as their "non existent" contractual evidence.

Market officially disagrees with shorting KDR and should start re-rating KDR as the victim of a frivolrous lawsuit.

Iam just guessing MZN is the short using logic as they have the most to gain. A guess is disclosed as a reasonable guess at least.

KDR might wish to consult ASIC and the ASX on this.

I hope MZN have not shorted using company funds or director funds......they should come clean on this.
