    FY2017 is the period 1/7/16 - 30/6/17. So launch date is anticipated between 1/1/17-30/6/17. Given they reference Q4 it's probably later in the period, being Mar-May time.

    1.8 / 1.9 seems where the demand is, if you can get em! 2c cap raising should be the floor.
