Yep Glencore only interested in cash ASAP. Pac Road do not want Glencore to get lots of shares. Aurelia want to remove the debt cloud. So lots of interests aligned.

No statement of how much discount?
"Early debt repayments will be applied against the outstanding balances of Facilities C&E. The amount of any early debt repayment will reduce the convertible balance of Facilities B&F."
Again no statement of how much. Devil is in the detail here.
