You re right it was Jose. He is associated with Integra.
My take is that he didn't want further dilution at the current price via a CR. He is probably in contact with the Company and offered to exercise so they didn't have to do a CR.
This had the effect of getting those who thought a CR was coming buying on market so they don't miss the boat.
