I do wonder about how we managed not to pay Lind back first with the exercise of options... I am not suggesting anything improper was done; just cannot quite follow with the limited info in the anns. It may be as simple as enough oppies having been exercised to meet the 500K checkpoint and being sure we can meet the rest of the obligations.
