I'd hadn't appreciated how much stronger the language was in the BM8 letter.
Now that BM8 has managed to navigate T&C's that are acceptable, if a replacement exploration agreement is needed by GT1 there's a template to follow which makes it a lot easier. There were some other operations beyond BM8 and GT1 that were also stopped but yes it is probable that BM8 are leading the way on new 2023 agreements.
Skimming the prospectus there seems to be a bit more information in the report below around the historical drilling. On this superficial look, everything to date has just tested the top 100m and other explorers are finding really interesting intercepts below this depth in other deposits.
