Instos clearly participated in the placement because I now see Citi Noms #2, UBS Noms #3, HSBC Noms - A/C 2 #9, Morgan Stanley Noms # 10 and HSBC Noms - GSCO ESA #15.
With these instos on board they have pushed some out of the top 20 vs the late Oct read. All remaining have either stayed the same or increased a bit in the placement.
