A drug company can not, by law in Australia, directly market or consult to prescribe and provide their drug to consumers. I'm not sure where you came to the belief that it was possible, but I can assure you that under the law, it's not.
If LTP Pharma ever suggested to you that this was possible, then they have misled you.
Sales will come in due course. Marketing to Healthcare professionals takes time and is inherently challenging. They are pitched hundreds of new products every year, right across the health spectrum. We will all need patience here.
