Yes Phish, the moving parts and increasing inputs along with the complexity of the deposit will no doubt see an increase in asic per llb. My back of envelope asic fig per llb for stage 1 is 22% increase which at $50/llb is getting close to contracted prices,
However the Quarterly results are increasingly giving more information on the Forward Book while abiding by counter party confidentiality this increased transparency is helping shareholders get a better understanding. In the last Qtrly referring to the next 2 years (2022/23) sales of 1.1 mill lbs "...650/ llbs can be satisfied with market sourced material...with the balance to be supplied from COMPANY PRODUCED uranium (my emphasis). Ive queried this and confirm that this is correct and only by inference does it need to come from Lance. Suddenly there is optionality here...who is to say that a small high grade deposit that isn't viable as stand alone project couldn't be acquired for PEN shares, This could supply into these contracts with good cash flow margins and is for purpose of contracts ..supplied from company produced uranium.
