Uranium Spot price is now at $48.95 (and probably going higher this week?) - the last time uranium reached at this level was between Oct 19-27th last year.
At that time, PEN was 25.5c - 30c
I think it's fair to say PEN is now in a better position than it was back in October (eg. conclusion of FTs, early preparatory works commence)
So we should easily get back to that range very soon, especially once spot rises above the $50 mark
