Do you want to buy 8 percent more shares at a tskeover premium or alternatively 3 percent more interest on $200M.
There will be some form of discussion.
The company is acting on our best interest if there is no deal than $3.55 shares issued for $200M is a good deal if you don't have all your shares bought $4.60.
Their lawyers would advise them on what is the best course of action and how to approach the bidders.
