If $53.5M in terms of bidders looking more carefully at half yearly accounts 8 cents.
If the bidders took this off from their bid price it still sits at $4.52 without any further bidding tension to push it back up.
I suspect we are at nearing the end of review of offers from bidders and final push and pull at the end of an auction. Where the selling agent for IFL is pitching the bidders against each other before SIA is signed with punitive breakfees.
