If IFL is not being taken over why would it not pay the lower interest on early redemption by NAB and pay them out.
It does have the cash to do this. Was this a 3 way negotiated outcome between NAB/IFL and bidder.
NAB takes option early.
IFL and bidder pays higher interest to lock in a price acceptable to all parties.
Its a win-win outcome.
If IFL is not being taken over why would it not pay the lower...
