The trouble with extended due diligence by 3 parties is that there will be information leaking by the bucketload. 3 companies looking, plus ifl, plus all their advisers. You are talking hundreds of people.
All the market movement and NAB action suggests that a bidder or two are out and/or bids are down. The recent result supports lower bids.
