RED's potential is now well and truly on institutional radar - with liquidity being tight and all loose hands emptied, the SP may have some spectacular upsurges - if the good drill results keep coming, confirming the probability of KOTH being a 3-5 million oz deposit, making it a top 20 mine size resource, then its reasonable (as some brokers are doing) to compare it in size and quality to SAR's Thunderbox deposit which some value at $1bn+
Lets settle for half that ...and factor in the cost of building a new stand alone plant etc .... then RED's MC could be $500m some time in 2019 ?? ...
An acquirer would get the Darlot plant & mine (another very under appreciated story) and Siana for free .... so conservatively the SP could go x4 or X5 from here, POG permitting.
Needless to say, a very strong POG would amplify this valuation considerably. The planets are aligning for patient gold miner investors .... fingers crossed .... Diggers & Dealers 2019 may turn out to memorable for RED5 (and other shunned good stories like SLR) .... miner of the year ?
