The deferred payment was on a multiple of EBIT so therefore Mocka EBIT must be going through the roof.

My take is that the net extra NZ$10 million would be a net figure comprising extra for a higher EBIT offset by a discount for bringing the payment forward by 12 months. The details of how the payment was to be calculated is contained in December 2019 announcement of the acquisition.

ADH trading volumes for yesterday and so far today have been light. The fact that ADH has just fallen back to yesterday's closing price suggests investors are keen for the expected trading update and won't really budge on the SP until some concrete numbers are set down.
