Wow!!
Mocka must be going gangbusters.
This announcement basically says ADH is paying an extra NZ$10 million in total consideration and it is bringing forward the final payment of NZ$33 million by a year.
The vendors of Mocka must be delighted. Knowing the board of ADH it must be compelling to bring forward such a large payment. And even better it is being funded out of cash reserves.
The June trading update will be even more fascinating.
Is this announcement a big teaser for what's to be announce next.
