    I would have thought they would have detailed bookwork regarding the costs and income from each party EQR and Cronimet.

    In relation to the hardrock, the costs and income would be EQR's. If this is mixed in with stockpile, then I'm sure they can work out an accounting approach to make it visible and equitable.
