I'd be assuming the same as well. Management are likely aware which way any remaining note holders will be looking to move and have a plan in place to deal with any cashflow needs.
Here's hoping those noteholders see the potential value in the company, convert and then stick around instead of dumping. Hard to offload a few million $ worth of shares in this company but individual investors will always have their own investment plans and timelines so who knows what will happen.
