Was one of the reasons I reduced my holding by 95%. Participated in aa raise where mgmt proposed using 70% of the funds for Earaheedy exploration, company didn't spend more than 5% of that raise as proposed. Instead chased gold at their old tenements and then went off and got land in Chile...
Was a major breach of trust IMO, raising capital with a proposal on how it would be spent and then went off and did something different - if they've done it once they will do it again.
