it is .0002 for 1 to 1 conversion. so $200 for every 1 million oppies. Then you have 3 more years to convert them to full shares at .003 so another $3000. So $3200 and you have 1million oppies converted to full shares. But don't forget the original purchase price of the initial 1 million oppies. If you get them now for .001 then that's another $1000 so $4200 total cost.
If you bought the RR1 shares on market today at .004 it would have cost you $4000 for 1 million or $3000 for 1 million at .003.
So yes you could get them cheaper, but you don't have to fork out the full amount right now, you have 3 years to hope and pray for good news and a good share price increase.
