From reading the anns regarding consolidation and conversion they are converting the RR1O options into non renounceable rights for an extra 2 years they are not setting up options to replace (which would have been better, even if you had to pay extra) which means that buying the heads now will cost the same but are tradeable GLH's still worth a punt
