Interesting point that hasn't been pointed out is Witvlei is outside of this earn-in agreement.
Curious, as most of the proven copper lies at Witvlei which is also the better known place to establish a mine.
From my understanding, the earn-in gives S32 60% interest in Noronex EMC (licenses for Humpback and Damara).
That's leaves the gem Witveli open. Will they raise capital in the future for drilling/establish a new partner/or sell off. Although Canada asset sale would be more likely.
