I know its a complex financial corporation, whose earnings are difficult to predict in any reliable manner because of the various accounting oddities, but what bewildered me is that it appears that their initial "guidance" must have incorporated recurrence of performance fees and elevated cash returns from the Absolute Return Fund within the Life business.
Which ASX-100 company management manages market expectations in such a manner?
