I want to thank you for your input and insight. Your comments were always well researched and thorough. You obviously know your stuff.
I sold out today. As a 20 year veteran in this stock, it wasn't easy. I went through the GFC and all the way to $14 only to see it evaporate before my eyes.
I do not dispute your analysis and the (very) long terms economics of this business but I "sensed" in today's numbers that all might not be well with the annuities model. With a property market that looks like its peaked and heading towards its day of reckoning, I didn't want to hang around to see what its impact will be to CGF's business and share price.
Rightly or wrongly this stock "is on the nose" through the rest of this cycle.
