I reckon the result of this halt is going to be the announcement of a massive acquisition.
Will be interesting to see how they fund it. Market won't like getting diluted through cap raise (especially after $1m placement in Jan).
First Samuel took the placement at $0.21. Might have been to plug a hole in cash flow until this acquisition could go through.
