Minor correction: ”enX Group” at 9.08% (above) appears to be wrong. This is founder John Rothwell’s stake at number two, and it is held via his company Austro Pty Ltd (not sure where the data aggregator got “enX” from).
In any event that’s ~28.5% of Austal held in the hands of Twiggy and Rothwell. The price of any acceptable takeover offer is going to be set by them imo.
