Fair point FD. 7 times EBIT was really the minimum. It's still highly acretive and very attractive at 8.7 times (i.e. 1 for 1). Which gets you to $5.87 a share. Either way, there is a huuuuge margin of safety at $2.39. Surprised it didn't go higher yesterday.
