On June 21st ODRA sustained the protest, meaning it is effectively over. ODRA is allowing Adsync to resubmit portions of their bid and have a new source selection official reevaluate the entire contract award. Adacel could lose the contract. During the new source evaluation and selection period the FAA was/is not allowed to issue new task orders to Adacel nor extend the contract.
