half yearly financial statements to December have now been released and can be downloaded from the ASX website.
There is a comment on page 15 regarding the carrying value of goodwill.
Couple of things I noticed in the financial statements.
Total net equity of 2.671M includes intangible assets of 8.412M, which means tangible assets are negative.
Cash on hand has fallen from 5.010M to .819M during the period.
Loss was 1.1m for the period.
