Yep. Not super keen on acquiring the 3 properties so i hope they take the cash and not the option to purchase. Package them up if you want and syndicate the properties in NZ and add to the Funds Management Business.
Would be happy seeing them with a cashbox of $1.30+ per share where they can then keep paying us dividends and get stuck into that buyback we gave them permission for. Next value opportunity will come along soon enough.
