On page 5 of the June Quarterly report NAG had no hesitation in stating…
“GCM is the Manager of the NJV and will, subject to raising the necessary funds, pay 100% of all infrastructure, construction and commissioning costs.”
If GCM’s fund raising has now been achieved surely NAG has an obligation to update its shareholders on this.
It would certainly be in their interest to do this.
