Mr Halliday is a highly experienced and professional operator and you'd need to know the reasons for his very abrupt departure
I find it interesting that it should be on the very same day that the company announces that it is exploring a NASDAQ listing, which could be described as ambitious, given the listing rules
Meanwhile there are other directors who have stuff going on other than with Ovanti and I'll be watching to see whether they stay or go. Having Mr Halliday on board gave the company major, major cred IMO
