Don't make me mansplain your own screen shot because you will mislead others, if you drop lower than 1$ per share you are kicked out of the NASDAQ (Delisted). This is what would have happened to Z1P if they actually listed when they remained under 1$ between 2022 and 2024. A "crawl before you walk" situation, list too early and your doors will be boarded up, wings clipped, no flying, no opportunity to go back to their $3 + price today.
Prime Equity listing is 4$ minimum. Rules exist to compromise a listing all the way down to 2$.
I want the company to succeed which I am confident they will do in due time by pivoting their product to the US, I want listing decisions to be made in the best interest of current shareholders and to maximise current shareholder value. If you invest in speculative stocks, you deserve speculative gains (and losses).
We only just got a full tank of fuel we don't need to piss it away on this road trip.
