From my research EAS Advisors LLC (Eddie Sugar) have a very clear track record with what they do for companies with investor relations and the US listings.
They have chosen to take on RSH so this is significant imho.
For example I looked at Eddie’s most recent healthcare stock ASX:IHL which he was appointed on just over 12 months ago - it was listed last month on the NASDAQ and it’s clear they got a huge uplift in volume and considerable uplift in shareprice. This takes a lot of work and this is what EAS specialises in it seems.
Looks to me that one of their niche competencies is they help small aussie companies grow and get listed in the US with their help. BTW they didn’t raise money for IHL but had a great impact on them growing their company and listing in the US. My guess it’s the same programme with RSH - they can clearly pick and choose which companies they back. DYOR.
I did some digging tonight on HC and Some astute posters I found recognised this early and by the looks they were 100% right on Eddie sugar and have made a lot of money:
