    OBL directors will be disappointed but they be thinking that it not there problem as they got some other mug to pay for drilling the well.

    The re-issue now is I have mention before is the credibility of OBL to as you say be able explore for oil. They need to beef up there exploration team and do some real petroleum geology work to define where it might be worth drilling again.

    the problem is after two dud well raising the funding hard.
