How do we attract investors to the insurance industry?!? Its the same dilemma I have dealt with for 15 years and am presently dealing with in attracting new blood to the insurance industry. I am recruitng for a graduate role for a global broker in the Financial Lines, and even after my full sales spiel a candidate thought selling electricity plans was a better option (madness)... maybe I'm a poor salesman, but damn people have no idea about the insurance industry... take a look at how few comments AUB and SDF get on their forums... Insurance is just not on many peoples radar.
