If EER has a nice JORC upgrade, then we may have a high chance of attracting a whole load of investment or perhaps a take over.
I quite like the following section:

Foster identifies West Africa (gold and iron ore) and Democratic Republic of Congo as places where M&A is likely to continue. Thermal coal, too, with the expectation that coal-fired plants will continue to account for at least 65 per cent of total global energy use. Asia buys 58 per cent of the world's exported thermal coal, and this is set to rise to 72 per cent by 2035. Assuming that other regions increase their coal demand, then a lot more mines will need to be opened.
